Successfully introduced a new organisational structure to deliver the airport’s business goals and ensure that the “right people were in the right jobs”
Engaged in the full transition from the design of the organisational structures to implementation.
Conducted workshops with the senior managers in a variety of areas to review current processes and stakeholder needs and to devise a roadmap for the transition. Key accountabilities and responsibilities for each role were defined from the initial analysis.
During the transition phase, workshops were held to communicate the need for change and to convey the new departmental structure.
